Shipping Information

Damaged merchandise
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us by e-mail immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order.
Return / Refund Policy
We have 30 days money back warranty on the hardware products and accessories, including power supplies, enclosures, and cables. You need to contact us by e-mail within 30 days of ordering for instructions on the return - you need to mail the products back to our returns processing location in Canada.
Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund.

After receiving the returned products we will re-test and re-package them. Products which do not pass our tests, or damaged by use will not be refunded.
We have - fee per product for - re-testing, re-packaging, and shipping back to our warehouse of returned products.
We do not have a money back warranty on software products - they are not refundable. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Warranty
We have 90 days product replacement warranty. Products are shipped in working condition. If a product malfunctions within 90 days of purchase, you can notify us by e-mail to determine the cause. We can give instructions on the replacement - you need to mail the particular product back to us.
The warranty is void if our product has been damaged while being used.
